Hopefully we'll get the transcripts next week, and pore through them for any new information. From the District Attorney:

Early this afternoon the Multnomah County Grand Jury declined to return any criminal charges in the death of Jack Dale Collins. The Grand Jury heard from 28 witnesses over the course of two days. The District Attorney's Office obtained a court order to record the testimony of all witnesses. A motion to publicly disclose the testimony will be docketed with the Presiding Court in Room 208 of the Multnomah County Courthouse, Wednesday April 7 at 9 am. The motion will either be decided by the court at that time or assigned by the court for a hearing at a later date.
