Guess who's (finally) getting married? Blogtown fave Neil Patrick Harris who, thanks to Friday's passage of NYC's same-sex marriage law, can finally dash down the aisle with longtime b-friend David Burtka (the two are also raising twins together)! From the NPH Twitter:
