Last week, Mitt Romney told a mostly empty stadium that his wife drives "a couple of Cadillacs." Then, at a NASCAR rally, he said "I have some friends who are NASCAR team owners," and he also backhandedly complimented plastic poncho-wearing NASCAR-goers by saying "I like those fancy raincoats you bought. Really sprung for the big bucks."
This morning, at his first press availability in almost a month, Romney was asked if his accidental comments on wealth are hurting his campaign. Here's his response, in full: "Yes. Next question."
