Tuesday, November 13, at 6 pm will see Fish Sauce's long overdue Grand Opening party, which will also benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy. Free snacks, $5 cocktails, the works. I liked this joint when they first opened and have been back regularly since, as they're one of my neighborhoods best dining options for a classed-up but casual and always sincere cuisine. Waiting to officially open until they felt entirely ready, Ben Bui's little Vietnamese bar and bistro has made strides since the start of their soft opening, and I can't wait to see what else they have to offer as they get more and more comfortable in their little corner of NW Portland.
