When you think about it ACTING is nothing more than standing around looking interested in things that you really don't give two flying handshakes about... and you do that already, right? So make some money while doing it by being an extra for the upcoming season of NBC's Grimm (shot right here in Portland). Here are some deets from the nice folks at Extras Only:
EXTRAS CASTING CALL FOR GRIMM SEASON 3
Oregon’s busiest extras casting co. EXTRAS ONLY, is excited to be casting all the extras & featured background actors for season 3 of NBC’s hit TV Show, GRIMM, filming in the Portland area.“We hire hundreds of people weekly for this show. We are looking for people who are 18 & older that are interested in working as background. We are casting ALL TYPES & ALL LOOKS.”
Those cast as extras earn minimum wage and are guaranteed at least 8 hours of pay plus any overtime. Featured extras make $150 min. plus any OT. Filming starts mid-July and will continue through next spring. Working as an extra can be an adventurous and exciting experience, a great way to meet new people, learn first hand about the behind the scenes of show business and make extra money while doing it! Extras accept the work only when they are available, which allows even those with busy schedules to take advantage of opportunities when they can.
