The If Not For Kidnap reading series is happening tonight at Land Gallery (3925 N Mississippi Ave.) Doors open at 7:30. It's a free event with books for sale and donation accepted. Readers are:

JANAKA STUCKY, Publisher of Black Ocean, and its literary journal Handsome. His the author of Your Name Is the Only Freedom (Brave Men Press 2009) and The World Will Deny It For You (Ahsahta Press 2012).

ENDI BOGUE HARTIGAN’s first book, One Sun Storm, was selected for the 2008 Colorado Prize for Poetry, and was a finalist for the 2009 Oregon Book Award. She co-founded and edited the poetry magazine Spectaculum, which was devoted to long poems, series, and projects best presented at length.

DASHENKA and her music were born in Moscow, Russia and is now living and thriving in Portland, Oregon.
