Give Newbies a Chance

Dear Employers,
I understand that I don't have a lot in the way of experience in my vocational field. But seriously, you would rather reject my application and post the job on craigslist once again, dumping another $25 down the drain, than interview me and give me a chance to realize that I might actually prove to you that I would be worth hiring and training? Hell, I'd probably be easier to train because I'm not too set in my ways and I am willing to learn new skills and I don't think I know it all or have seen it all. Think about it next time you reject the newbie's job application and you have to pay more money to craigslist. Think about how someone had to give you a chance to prove yourself when you were once a newbie.
