My Brain is Doing the Jitterbug

Posted by Anonymous on Fri, Sep 14, 2012 at 5:35 PM

I'm never going to dance again.
Guilty feet have got no rhythm, and though it's easy to pretend (i know you're not a fool).
I should have known better than to cheat a friend and waste a chance that I'd been given.
So, I'm never going to dance again, the way I danced with you.

Time can never mend the careless whisper of a good friend. To the heart and mind,  and your answer's kind, there's  no comfort in the truth and pain is all you'll find.
