I was on my bike heading home last Wednesday when we collided in that one super dangerous intersection downtown. I just wanted to say thank you. Not for hitting me, admittedly I could have done without that. Not even for reminding me that I am ultimately responsible for my own survival, a reminder I obviously needed. No, thank you for what you did after that. You stopped, you got out of your car and came over to make sure I was ok. You waited until I stopped shaking and you gave me your contact info in case there was some damage to my bike or my person that went unnoticed in my adrenaline haze. Thank you for being a decent human being. You rock.
P.S. My bike and I are fine.
