Bordering on Euphoria

Now that weed is legal again, in Washington at least, will it be easier to score in Vancouver at more affordable prices, or will the competition drive the street price down in Portland? If I have to make a rant out of this, then here goes:
Portlanders are really lame to allow Vancouverites to suddenly become more hip. If everybody who matters, decides to spend more time in Vancouver, then that's good, because when the big, long overdue West Hill Fault Earthquake destroys Portland State University, then only the PSU Safety Patrollers will be the ones to take the hit over Spring Break, when that's most likely to occur.
