I don't care that you're the manager of some hipster bar in a gentrified neighborhood or that you're 6'5" and weigh 250. You owe me money from your business. A "working interview," doesn't been an unpaid interview. You have to verbally state that before having ANYONE work for you. I looked up the laws and precedents and apparently you can't just tromp about this glut of unemployed young people and ask them to work for no money. That's called slavery. P.S.
