Wow - $3.50 ATM fee at the Umpqua Bank on Hawthorne. Granted, you're a private bank and you can charge whatever fee you want, just as I can choose to pay it or take my lazy ass to my credit union and avoid getting ripped off. (I love you, local credit union.) But what really pisses me off is your veneer of community-mindedness, your cheap attempt to appear fun and neighborly. Covering your front windows are words and phrases such as "food carts... bare bike ride... rhubarb... rain barrels... sidewalk art... diy... solar panels... " You should replace all that gibberish with a big sign that says, "Umpqua Bank: We only pretend to care about our neighbors!"
Screw You, Umpqua Bank!
