I am really sorry you didn’t like your food. Or your drinks. Unfortunately I can’t fix it once you’ve left my place of business and written a scathing Yelp review. If you had just asked me, I would have had your food and cocktails re-made, free of charge. As a server, providing great customer service is my thing, but you didn’t even give me a chance! I'm sorry you came in on an off off day, but writing a rude review based on one visit doesn't help anyone. Also, I read your reviews for other restaurants, and they weren't very nice either. I know you are trying to be honest, but there's a way to do it without being a jerk
