You might want to include Scoop Handmade Ice Cream. Been around since 2010. No artificial flavors , no corn syrup, uses organic cane sugar lots of local, organic and fair trade products. 5429 NE 42nd in the 42nd Ave food carts spot ( after the ala carts pod was sold).
