Whatever,
The question Matt asked is not so much about Phil but asking for accounts from other citizens who have been electrocuted and brutalized by Portland Police officers.
You got a problem with Phil... cool, go buy a tazer and do whatever you think necessary (granted you will get a beat down physically and legally you will never forget).
Now back to the original post: Matt's request was about people who have been assaulted by the Portland Police and I look forward to his story as he is proving himself as an exceptional journalist.
If you count a dog collar with electrodes attached... electrodes... is that the right word? Whatever, me and my buddy used to taser each other with this thing. Albeit it was not as strong as a taser gun it was not so bad. Your body just goes limp, it's like when you get hit in the funnybone, just all over your body.
why is that the copsters, their pro-cop pals and the retired contingent of the PPA Public Image Enhancement Committee feel they've got a worthy comment everytime a posting comes up that they don't like as they feel that it impinges on their turf? This is the WRONG place to post such silliness as the larger audience reading here are least likely to be swayed by such mawkish comments, and in fact, are much more further hardened in their already well thought out and intellectually arrived at biases and predispositions.
I once tasered a cat.
Heeeeey, speaking of cats... where are the damn photos! The Merc serves only one functional purpose to justify its existence these days: Caturday photos. And now even that is looking like an epic fail.
Matt,
You had the chance to find out first hand around christmas time. Ezra even tried really hard to make sure you could give a first hand account... But know you'll never know. I'm unemployed right now, I could help you out. You bring the tazer and I'll take notes.
P.S. Don't worry, I know CPR
