Let's also not forget that the MAX line receives federal grant money for policing of the line based on the number of security personnel patrolling it. They are under reporting to the fed's the real numbers and over inflating the need for security on the line, thereby filing fraudulently for grant money. Someone will eventually go to jail for this.
