According to police, the cyclist ran a red light at the bottom of the hill and then struck the side of a truck car traveling through the intersection under a green light. The bicyclist was not wearing a helmet, according to the report. The cyclist was transported to Oregon Health & Science University Hospital but the cyclist's injuries were not described as life-threatening."
