When it comes to government waste, Portland has got to be in the top 10 cities in America.

How many 'directors', 'coordinators', and 'supervisors' do they have there at city hall?

Then they have the nerve to cry about not having enough money.

Luckily for them, the Portland citizens are fairly stupid and put up with the various tax increases that these professional bureaucrats throw at us.

They would never get away with this in any other part of Oregon.
