Did anyone else notice that they postponed this ruling until AFTER the Spring elections when we voted on whether or not to retain judges in office?

So says the *Oregon* Supreme Court. We don't know what SCOTUS and its five conservatives thinks.

On the one hand, that type of conservative doesn't think we should be allowed to swear. On the other, that type of conservative loves to make decisions against lesbians (perceived or actual).
