There's something really "Fox News" about this kind of shit. Meanwhile, did you know Obama recently appointed a Rothschild minion to the office of Secretary of the Treasury? My relief over his victory isn't going to prevent me from looking critically at what he does in office, and this is a major disappointment before he even begins his term. The Rothschilds stumped for McCain and are connected to an international banker's consortium that now has virtually unlimited power over OUR money. Foreign powers controlling our economy is something that our past presidents and founding fathers - especially Abraham Lincoln, one of Obama's heroes! - warned and fought about. The Federal Reserve is a PRIVATE CORPORATION, not a federal entity, and with the appointment of Geithner to the Sec'y post it now has more power than ever. This isn't socialized banking, it's a further move in the direction of what Naomi Wolf calls "The End of America."

or hell any of the claims you made.

the federal reserve is a privatized central banking system, found in many of the world's richest countries. and although I'm sure you've watched Zeitgeist and feel gun-ho about politics, the Federal Reserve does have to give all of its profits to the united states government and has to obey laws. it just doesn't have to write its rules through political red tape. and frankly, having congress take as many days off as they do, I'm glad they don't waste their time on it.

and don't bring up the depression we're in, that's from the monetary policies dictated by banks, the client's debts towards the banks, and the lack of a competitive mixed market.
