Stumptown makes great coffee, but I still think that Vivace in Seattle makes the best espresso stateside. Every time I go to Seattle, I fill up. The style is very similar, but for whatever reason, I have found Vivace to be that much better. The quality of coffee roasters in this corner of the country is amazing. Congrats to Stumptown, see you in NYC.
