Are you sure it wasn't Paul Prudhomme's line of spices. In any event, I'll always remember him as Caesar in Mel Brooks "History of the World, Pt II".

Yep, it was Paul Prudhomme. Dom did have spice mixes as well. I actually fact checked that before I published, but didn't look at Dom's seasoning packaging. Totally different.

Jack Elam played one hell of a supporting role in that movie. And don't forget Dom's role in Smokey and the Bandit 2, I think it was.
