The taxes here *are* a bitch, I'll give them that. But at least our roads are in far better shape than any major city in Cali, and we don't have stadium style animated ads like they do on every other corner in L.A.

Are you kidding? The roads that *are* paved are rutted from tire studs and the city hasn't finished sidewalks or basic signage (i.e. stop signs) in developed neighborhoods. Cue banjos.
