I much prefer my theatre to have full frontal nudity. This production is sadly lacking in that regard.

"it's social relevance has almost entirely waned"? I disagree entirely. The underlying meaning of the show is all about the rent in the social fabric, and applies as much today as it ever has. We desperately need to accept diversity. It's not just about HIV.

hmmm, well I opened this comment with the intention of writing something really clever and cutting about your lingering RENT obsession. But actually it's kind of nice that you can still appreciate it after all these years... As you were.

Um.. the economy is in the tank and New York is still insanely expensive. HIV rates are up. Rent seems pretty relevent to me.
