I got a $3 haircut at Phagan's and didn't even have to disclose my religious affiliation!

I got a merit badge in hair cutting in cub scouts. I cut another kid's hair, and he cut mine. I think I was 8. It turned out pretty well actually, but I'll admit I have low standards.
