This is great, but I can't help feeling, where's the reward for those of us who've sweated over these things since we moved to Oregon?

Doesn't apply to tax year 2008? What the heck? Now what do I do? Maybe I should wait for amnesty next year...

Remind me why I should bother with being a responsible adult again? There don't seem to be any consequences for not following the rules any more.
