I'm not sure I understand the word "ethical" in this context. Either you report on dirty photos or you don't. You can't say "there are some, and here's where they are" and not have that count. It counts.

@ABS: Posting about someone who you don't like is the definition of invasion of privacy? So Matt Davis can't report on a campaign because he likes one candidate more than the other?
