If you're getting the paranoia you're smoking indicas. Indicas give a head high and the twitches.

You should try switching to sativas. Sativas are more of a body high and what are the government issues as medical marijuana for pain. They do not have the paranoia qualities and head highs that indicas have.

I am with you on this. I will not smoke indicas anymore.

Most pot you get these days is no fun because it's too high in THC. Higher THC pot may make you more stoned than lower THC pot, but it certainly won't make you spend the afternoon laughing.
