I've been saying that Facebook is dumb and can only bring bad things and heart-ache for years now. No one would listen to me. Yet they keep doing this kind stupid shit, over and over again.

Why freakout about this but not google and the 20+ companies that refuse to disclose breaches of their security?

Assume your data is in the hands of others, period, if you've posted it online. Assume it's online, because Google has many city governments online through Google Apps, and who knows what breaches have occurred.

Basically we're fucked and ALWAYS have been fucked. There is no guarantee of privacy, anymore, for anyone, period.
