I just hope they leave in the gayest sidekick-villian of 80's action films (no, not Dan Hedaya, either...this time).
2
I have missed the beauty of Commando (hanging head in shame) and the library appears not to have a copy (multcolib hanging head in shame).

I would like to note my appreciation of Freddy Mercury's mustache.

Oh nuhn unh. NUHN UHN.

"Remember, Commando, when I promised to reboot you last? "

*Dummy falls off a cliff*

LET OFF SOME STEAM, BENNET!

ANGELA! MONA!

Also this might be a perfect candidate for my summer film series I am holding at my apartment theater which I am announcing right here in the comments.

I might even suggest this before Ladyhawke.

I don't use this term very often, but...

Gay.

@Kiala That series sounds like a good time. I would suggest adding Cobra to that list along with Running Man.

But on that note, my initial response to seeing this on another site earlier this morning was, "Where is the Cobra reboot?"

Next on the reboot list should be Over the Top.

The only strong point of Cobra is that Stalone goes by the absolutely glorious name of Marion 'Cobra' Cobretti. The rest of the movie was only OK. So the solution here is actually Cobra 2: More Cobra.

@atomic Hmm...How about a Corba similar to Rambo 4. Violent, short, and fun. Oh, and also a Che inspired image for it's poster.

I'm only letting you guys watch Commando so that Ned and I can watch Ladyhawke at the next one without fear of castigation.

Ladyhawke kicks major ass. My wife had never seen it before and absolutely loved it. Michelle Pfeiffer for the win!
