Is the Tea Bag Party a political party? I thought it was just a "movement"... So, folks are running as members of that party? please advise.

It's not a super formal "party" in that it, as far as I know, it dose't have party financing or inter-party primaries. But if you're not running in a primary, it really matter what "party" you say you are. It's a Bull Moose situation.
