Stallone makes arrogant propaganda films about U.S. people using violence to "fix problems" in other countries, pretending that it is for the people of those countries, when in reality it is to benefit the megarich owners of U.S. corporations.

Van Damme seems to realise this, and knows from personal experience how the USA itself is an extremely unjust society (living on the streets in the USA for a while), a reality that Stallone hypocritically ignores.
