She is a pretty young lady who will be pretty no matter what she does to her hair. Also it is her hair and she can do whatever she wants.

Maybe they're done filming the 2nd part of the 7th film? I can't see how she would have this hair cut for any of the HP films. I think she looks awesome, but there is no way this can be Hermione related.
