Was this really successful in Seattle? Doesn't this just move street drinking to other areas of the city? And isn't street drinking just a symptom of the actual problem, homelessness?

If these particular types of alcohol are so destructive, they should be banned city-wide...nay statewide! Let's just make OR a dry state, since all of our precious efforts at prohibition have worked so well. Yeah, that's the ticket!
