Was this really successful in Seattle? Doesn't this just move street drinking to other areas of the city? And isn't street drinking just a symptom of the actual problem, homelessness?

Your city leaders don't care if it works.

It's not about results, it's about 'feelings' so they can point to the stacks of paperwork they've put on the lawbooks and say 'See! We solved problems'

If these particular types of alcohol are so destructive, they should be banned city-wide...nay statewide! Let's just make OR a dry state, since all of our precious efforts at prohibition have worked so well. Yeah, that's the ticket!

Yeah the price of a monthly bus pass is going down. I used to take a fifth of Potters now it will only require a quart of MD-40/40 or Tiger Rose.
