Perhaps it is because our bureaucrats as role models spend money on renaming random streets instead of a genuine opportunity to honor civil rights leaders with public art?

Portland isn't really comparable to either of those cities.

I give plenty of money to craft brewers and brewing is an art.

Lets put a stop to this and give that $4.3 million to Portland Public Schools.
