So I still don't see in Amanda's response evidence to the contrary of Sam's usual M.O.: Create a fire, call attention to the fire, and then put the fire out and strut around taking credit for such heroic action. The fact remains that Sam created a mess that put the City in a bad light. I'm with Chuck - I hope the other Council members would have the guts to call him on this act when it is done in so crass and obvious a way.
