It was weird to see the competition coming down to who read the judges better, and not with going with their instinct. Not that I'm outraged by the decision, when Jessica Simpson and Heidi are the only two judges voting for you something went wrong.

You summed it up well, Marjorie. Gretchen's was more cohesive and mature than Mondo's buuuuut I was taken aback at how wowed the judges were with her collection. I thought Mondo was the clear winner.

Oh well. I think you're also right that his prolonged underdog status will only make him more popular. Austin Scarlet's doing pretty well for himself considering, so I don't think Mondo has anything to worry about.

Very anti-climatic ending. Gretchen deserved to win. If only, because it pissed sooooo many people off. It's like when Bush won in 2004; everyone saw it coming, but people were still pissed.
