I was hoping Stacey would also rent a boat, so he and Hughes could circle around each other in the Willamette tonight, blowing the horns, playing chicken, making the bridges go up and down. Could've been fun!

Smart isn't enough to be a good leader, I'll agree with you on that. Neither is education. But both help. I don't want my leaders to be less intelligent than me.
