I drink neither alcohol nor anything with caffeine (I know, I'm a horrible Portlander) but I say let natural selection take its course. We're not stopping people from ordering vodka and Red Bull are we?
2
Gross doesn't quite describe it. My tastebuds were scorched. Nothing tasted right the rest of the night.
3
For some reason I'm too sober and sleepy to protest this.
4
Where are the conservatives protesting big government?

I think rather than removing the caffeine or banning the drinks entirely, they should reduce the amount of alcohol in it. The problem isn't so much the caffeine, it's more that each can is equivalent to almost a bottle of wine (right?). There could be a law: drinks with an alcohol percentage of more than 6% can't have caffeine in it. something like that...

These drinks are far safer than the norm from my college days "Jungle Juice" (a bucket full of Everclear & whatever juice concentrate that was on sale).
Kids these days are pussies.
7
Smirk, have you been getting drink stupidly?

I know I did this weekend, my ankle still hurts.
8
Shucks, the kids will now have to revert to the old standby of a bottle of MD 20/20 and stepped-on coke.
9
CAN MAKERS AND DIET BE NEXT??????
10
Night train and NoDoz is next.
11
ASSBUTTS! Words fail at how stupid this kneejerk scapegoating is.

I plan on starting a company that will effectively skirt these new laws by formulating a frozen version called Four Lokocicle.

Please wait...
