Somebody's gonna be playing MIGHTY THOR! with the missus tonight...

WTF? Is that a croquet mallet? God bless your need to compensate, Speaker Boehner!

Public debt since Pelosi became speaker went from $4,898,816,127,068.69 to $9,385,079,979,612.71. All spending measures must start in the House of Representatives. Pelosi is responsible for increasing the public debt over 91.5%. If Boehner doesn't fix this overspending problem soon, he'll have a new job too.

Perhaps you'd care to tell us where you got this figure, Andy from Beaverton, so those so inclined might be able to check it?

Just plug in the beginning date, otherwise you will get data for everyday. For those wondering why the number isn't $14 trillion, Intragovernmental Debt is an account of surpluses in Medicare, Social Security and so on, that the government transferred into the general fund. If you want a more detailed explanation, read the section on bottom of page 5 here: http://www.fms.treas.gov/frsummary/frsumma…

If you rightfully believe that we had surpluses in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001 budgets, then the debt is not $14 trillion, it is $9.4 trillion.
