A new SF IP? Really? Not a sequel, prequel, reboot, re-imagining, adaptation or remake? An actual, real, new project from one of the godfathers of SF? I'm psyched!
Of course, I was psyched for the same reasons about Avatar, a movie slightly more boring than watching meat rot.
Still, like a hopeful partner in an abusive relationship, I'm irrationally excited.
I know Ridley Scott and co. don't really care what I think but I'd like to cast my psychic voodoo vote for the talented Charlize Theron for the female lead role and hope that anus-lipped homewrecker Angelina Jolie sticks to what she does best -raising her international baby army and telling Brad Pitt what to think.
Man, those Captain America shots look hella lame, but I can't wait for Thor. Which is funny, because I don't really give a crap about Thor in the comics (except for the Ultimate version), and I buy every stupid thing that has Steve Rogers in it (both the Ultimate and Unultimate versions).
Your nerd reviews spank the shit out of Cavalli's nerd reviews. I name thee Lord Protector of BlogTown nerdishness.

Stupid Marvel.
