It sure doesn't look like that text you quoted is actually printed on the sign. It's tilted and doesn't look like it matches the perspective.

I think most of the big stores around here have these out. They put them over Cosmo when they have headlines like "Uncontrollable Orgasms The Steve Humphrey Way!" But they don't put them AWAY when they aren't needed, so they drift over to other magazines. I've seen them over TV guide, over whatever magazine ended up in that rack.

So isn't this a case of "never ascribe to malice..." ?
