Jiugo Chiavez, uhmmmm. I`ve heard he has a talk show, and that he just talks B.S for like 4 or 5 hours straight, almost everyday. And that sometimes things down there are like a Mad Max scenario, but the people remain hardcore and united, somehow.

My friend tells me it`s a very complex social structure happening now with all the interactions between the clearly polarized sections, summing to all this the Gov. Jobs that people take cuz there are practically no job offers, and that no one is happy with that guy.

Downtown Long Beach, now that's something I know about. Worked there for 12 years, lived there for 2. Great place if you like nightly hovering helicopters, snotty 15-year-old skateboarders, and snotty 103-year-old tricyclists.
