I will finally say something in defense of government employees, despite their too-generous perks.

I feel bad for them and would hate to be one.

So what was the 'strategic' part of the plan? the linked article just talks about the commissioners' personal little plans to take the stairs and what not. What's the plan for the employees, other than everyone on the commission hoping that they lose some flab?

oh, never mind. The first linked article (the one that says 'strategic 3 year plan') talks about Amanda's lunch box and such. I see the info I was seeking in the second link.
