For about 6 years in my childhood, my mother was really, really hoping to be "leapt into" by Mr. Bakula.

And then there was the episode where he leapt into a retard. Shatner-level acting. Good times.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Bakula. Quantum Leap reruns on the sci-fi channel was a staple of my early teen years.

Come on man. I was a kid, adults run the primetime remote in my family! I did get to watch the final season fresh, since I had a tv in my room that year.
