You do know that the game wasn't part of the season ticket package and that season ticket holders weren't given the option to buy their own seats for it? Half the stadium was reserved for Club America supporters, the other half -- including the highest-priced seats -- were made available to Timbers supporters. Most of them -- including a huge portion of the Timbers Army, who were asked to pay more than for their regular seats and who knew that the match wouldn't feature many, if any, first stringers -- refused to buy. There is no organized Timbers Army in the stadium tonight: drums, capos, etc. all stayed home.
