I need a "library car" and should dig reading books my my computer? Yes, us an 11,000 other libraries across the country, not to mention every library in Washington county. Bang up journalism here.

If you go to the library and tell a staff member you want to "rent" a book, they'll do their best not to look at you as if you're an idiot.
