Occupy needs to keep coverage on stuff like this and not the problems in the camp. Win the news cycle.

I'm not a huge fan of their music either, but the local backlash of being moderately successful in a small city - especially one with such a vibrant music scene - can be a real bitch. Thomas Lauderdale works his ass off doing so much for charity in this town, it's ridiculous and he's a genuinely nice guy. They - and Storm - didn't have to do this. Cut 'em some slack.

I'm glad that so many people were out and supporting the Occupy movement. Great to create an event where families can go.
I'm still not convinced that Storm Large is worthy of the ink she gets. I'm looking forward to the day when hard work and talent overtake gimmick and attitude. "This land" isn't a hard song to sell, and even easier with a huge group of people...it's supposed to be about everyone singing, but her version was all about her...and that's not what Occupy is about from where I stand.
