$150, really? That's not even remotely what I'd pay for something like that.
2
That picture does not really demonstrate the size of the book. You should put something next to it for perspective.
3
Yeah. Take another picture of it. I'm thinking Erik holding it up on his back. Like Atlas.

It still can't possibly be worth $150.
4
CAN I HAVE YOUR COPY?
5
hi erik speaking of comics did i tell you i was making one about Jon and Dany from game of thrones? i think i might have mentioned it in my email but i wasn't sure if you got it
6
@5, fanfic that they're cousins or lovers? Or both?
7
@Joneser: Your wish is my command. Here is a new picture of the book with three things in it for scale. Those things are a quarter, a Lego Boba Fett, and an out-of-focus Sarah Mirk.

@6 they are aunt and nephew, actuals, and soon to be lovers

it's in book six which isn't out yet
9
So "or both" is your answer. That's nasty.
10
i can see it's turning you on already

i'll keep you updated on its progress
11
MAN, SMIRK IS TINY!!!
12
Intoducing my new pro-capitalist novella, Smirk Shrugged.
13
That joke made more sense when the photo was upside down. But you fixed the photo. And ruined it.

Pardon me today. Highly caffeinated.
14
I still remember when comics only cost like $0.12 each, so the whole damn thing is really only worth about $6.25.

;-)
15
..and I find it a bit funny that the picture itself is a HUGE 1.1 megabyte PNG file.
16
What the heck happened to your Boba Fett?
17
Which book is bigger, this or the Walt Simonson Thor Omnibus?
18
Funny they market it as a reboot... and then market the book using all their same old characters looking as traditional as possible. This looks designed for grandpa.
19
It's only $90 on Amazon, but even for that price you could buy three copies of Salò on Blu-ray and still have seven dollars left for beer.

Please wait...
