Out 1
2
Encino Man
3
Night of the Living Dead. It's public domain, no? And campy enough to be hilarious.
4
Might I humbly suggest Red Sonya? Because I am suggesting it.
5
HATCHET.
6
Excuse me- Red SONJA. I dearly apologize for the offending typo. I will also point out that it's 89 minutes long.
7
The timeless 1983 classic, Valley Girl.
8
Van Helsing = heckle goldmine
9
That's a long typo then, Rev.

I've already watched this in Mecklemvision, which is even better, and involves mushrooms.

My vote is for Speed. Very few set changes, more time for jokes to stay relevant. Commando is excellent for live-time heckling, but the even brief texting delay killed a lot of the jokes.

Or else maybe a horror movie? Naturally, I still say Troll 2, but I'm sure there are better options.
11
BIRTH OF A NATION. THE TEXT BASED NATURE OF THE STORY-TELLING WOULD WORK WELL WITH THE TEXT BASED NATURE OF THE HECKLING. SYNERGY, PEOPLE!
12
We had a lot of fun, although my ability to text + sheer number of other texts on screen at times made things a bit manic.

Commando was really perfect for this sort of thing. I think most of the "big" b-movies like Troll 2 or The Room stand on their own and don't need riffing or heckling. What about Xanadu? The Warriors? Robocop? Point Break? (That one would be perfect but for its lengthy running time).
13
I'm in for Runaway Train with the Brilliant Jon Voight & Eric Roberts.
14
It is a bit long but... Beastmaster would be hilarious: http://www.imdb.com/rg/s/4/title/tt0083630…
15
From Justin to Kelly! I've been meaning to watch it for years. Or Glitter. I need to shake the violence of Red Dawn and Commando outta my hair.

16
The Hunger, please.
17
I couldn't possibly heckle Point Break. My bromantic love for that film is pure. What about Ice Pirates?
18
I second Valley Girl. I will humbly submit St. Elmo's Fire, Class and About Last Night. Brat Pack flicks are endlessly self-serious and fun!
19
Wicker Man, the Nic Cage one? Or is that too many bee jokes?
20
Ooh, ooh-what's that movie where Demi Moore sexually harasses Dennis Miller. Or Michael Douglas. Or both.

Vampire's Kiss straddles the line between Cage genius and Cage ridiculousness. Maybe it wouldn't entirely work but maybe I'm just suggesting it because I dream of seeing it on the big screen. Weave my dream, Erik?
21
CON AIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LICENSE TO DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!
22
The Cutting Edge.

(You're welcome.)
23
LOST BOYS!

SRSLY GUYS.
24
I suggested Vanishing Point Saturday night. But to be fair, I don't think it'd work in hindsight. Though it has everything I look for: drugs, nudity, fast cars and crashes.

Though 2 80s movies in, I think we need to bring it up to the 90s, or dial it down to the 70s.
25
Swamp Thing
26
i can't believe people are suggesting anything other than Point Break. "Utah!! Gimme two."
27
BLACK DOG!
28
CONVOY CONVOY CONVOY CONVOY

Do you read me Rubber Duck?
29
And if not Convoy, how about BREAKIN'. Pop 'n' lock bitches!
30
+1 Lost Boys. Although I believe Cort and Fatboy hosted this last year?

Ok, Fruit Cup. You asked for 90's. This has stars. Affleck. Damon. Chris O'Donnell. COLE HAUSER. Anthony Rapp. BRENDAN FRASER. http://gifsoup.com/webroot/animatedgifs/38…

Class issues. Religious discrimination. Homoeroticism. Football. Greasers.

I humbly sumbit SCHOOL TIES.

You're welcome.
31
TSW- Great choice, Anthony Rapp is perfectly hate-able in this movie. Oh, you forgot poor mans heartthrob Randall Bantikoff
32
Complete failure on your ability to quantify progress via use of a Steven Seagal film.

I'm talking full range of motion. The one with Kelly Lebrock where he's in a coma and she pulls up the sheet to comment on the size of his member.

Hard to Kill.

I think sumwuh beddah dial nine wuh wuh.
33
We've had two excellent films that appeal to the sensibilities of 14-year-old boys... so how about something for the ladies this time?

The Lost Boys makes sense: sexy vampires, 80s style. Point Break would be awesome too.
34
Schindler's List
35
Two easy targets from the '90s: The Craft or Hackers. $2 admission if you come dressed as a goth or a hacker!
36
Over the Top, Roadhouse, trapped in the closet, twllight!

Please wait...
